Wow, not sounding too good at your place! I hope things improve and you get your stuff back/replaced. By the way, "Bugger", loosely translated, is from buggery which means sodomy. Not nice, but over here (NZ) it's a bit like saying "drat", so it's lost it's meaning.

What a mess! I'm sorry to hear about all this stuff. I imagine the worst part isn't so much what was stolen - although that's bad enough - but the knowledge that someone entered your house. I'm glad you and JAB are okay.

And I also hope that something can be done about the window guy. Is he an employee of the company, or is he the owner? Either way, it should be easy enough to find his name, shouldn't it? There is no excuse for that type of behavior.
